Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Associate, Learning & Development to design and develop high-quality learning experiences that build critical capabilities across the organization. You will partner with Learning Managers to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions and apply instructional design principles across formats.

You will work with our Global Learning & Development team, developing eLearning with Articulate Rise, video content, and in-person learning while staying current

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Learning & Development or instructional design.
• Experience designing or developing learning programs and materials.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning programs aligned with identified business needs.
• Collaborate with Learning Managers and subject matter experts to translate needs into practical learning solutions.
• Translate objectives into learning journeys, workshops, activities and supporting resources.
• Independently own defined components of learning initiatives from design through delivery.
• Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, activities and assessments.
