Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Associate, Learning & Development to design and develop high-quality learning experiences that build critical capabilities across the organization. You will partner with Learning Managers and SMEs to translate business needs into practical, scalable learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual and digital formats.

Reporting to the Learning Operations Manager, you’ll own components of learning projects, apply instructional design principles, and help drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education, HR, OD, Business or Communications.
• 2+ years of professional experience in L&D, instructional design, training or related field.
• Experience designing or developing learning programs or employee development experiences.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning programs and experiences aligned with business needs.
• Translate business needs into practical learning solutions with SMEs.
• Develop facilitator guides, materials, job aids, assessments and resources.
• Support digital learning content using Articulate Rise and other tools.
• Manage deliverables and timelines across multiple projects.
