Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Associate, Learning and Development to enhance functional curriculum and support global learning initiatives. You will manage training logistics, evaluate programs, analyze data, and support both in-person and virtual sessions in a collaborative, global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, psychology, business or related field.
• Two years of organizational and/or project management experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Learning Management System to set up programs with Learning Manager.
• Manage employee registration and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze survey feedback and report key themes to the L&D team.
• Analyze data and generate KPI reports to show ROI.
• Support in-person and virtual program sessions.
• Coordinate with vendors for logistics and invoicing.
• Support global learning initiatives across functions.
