Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Associate of Learning & Development to design and develop high-quality learning experiences across formats, including instructor-led and digital content. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, partnering with SMEs and managing defined components of learning projects.

Reporting to the Learning Operations Manager, you will apply instructional design principles, stay current with AI-enabled tools, and contribute to continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education, HR, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or related fields.
• Experience designing or developing learning programs, training materials or employee development experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning programs and experiences aligned with business needs.
• Gather information with SMEs to translate needs into practical learning solutions.
• Translate objectives into effective architectures, journeys, workshops and resources.
• Own components of learning initiatives from design through delivery and evaluation.
• Create facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and assessments.
