Job summary

Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist with strong instructional design skills and hands-on Articulate Rise and Storyline expertise.

You will design, develop, and deliver learning solutions, partner with leaders to close performance gaps, and evaluate program impact while mentoring teammates in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5–7 years in L&D.
• Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Experience using LMS and e-learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead L&D projects from needs analysis to evaluation.
• Design and deliver varied learning solutions (ILT, e-learning, blended).
• Collaborate with leaders to identify performance gaps and solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Support LMS administration and learning tech initiatives.
