Job summary

Austin Telco Federal Credit Union in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist with strong instructional design experience and hands-on expertise with Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline to create engaging learning experiences and support employee development.

You will lead complex L&D projects, manage LMS, develop training materials, mentor colleagues, and partner with leaders to close performance gaps, all while advancing the organization’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in learning and development.
• 5–7 years of experience in learning and development, training facilitation, or related fields.
• Extensive experience with Articulate 360 suite including Storyline and Rise.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and development projects from needs assessment through evaluation and improvement.
• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning.
• Manage LMS administration and optimize learning technologies.
• Mentor and coach Learning & Development Specialists and onboarding.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify performance gaps and develop solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and translate results into improvements.
