Job summary

Strategic Ventures Consulting Group (SVCG), LLC is recruiting a Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team onsite at Ft. Meade, MD.

The role focuses on designing and maintaining SharePoint sites, automating workflows with Power Apps/Power Automate, and building Power BI dashboards to enable data-driven decisions for MARFORCYBER and DoD programs. Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly (poly within 5 years).
Hands-on SharePoint experience (SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019).
Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience integrating SharePoint with other Office 365 tools and services.
Understanding of information architecture, site/page design, and permission models.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists in support of IKM requirements.
Customize SharePoint using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to automate workflows and improve data accessibility.
Build dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making across MARFORCYBER.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional SharePoint solutions.
Provide day-to-day support for SharePoint issues, user permissions, and site administration.
Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with DoD and MARFORCYBER IT policies.
Document configurations, workflows, and procedures for future maintenance and knowledge transfer.
