Job summary

INTECON, LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a KM Training Specialist to build and sustain an enterprise-wide Knowledge Management culture across the National Guard Enterprise in support of the National Guard Bureau KM program. The role focuses on delivering the KMRC and broader KM training.

You will develop, deliver, and maintain structured KM training, curricula, job aids, and Communities of Practice that increase KM proficiency and expand the network of KM Representatives.

Qualifications

• Five years of enterprise KM experience with KM training and curricula.
• Experience delivering training using LMS platforms and governance.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Online for KM artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct KM training courses aligned with KM doctrine and standards.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain KM curricula, job aids, and CoP activities.
• Publish training materials to KM repository with proper metadata.
