The role will shape the KM strategy, manage senior KM Counsel and KM Lawyers, and coordinate with Practice Group Chairs to align priorities and resources.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of finance transactions and market standards.
• Experience leading KM teams and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows in legal tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise KM professionals within the Practice Group.
• Develop and implement KM strategy and priorities for the group.
• Distill deal datasets into market insights for internal and external use.
• Monitor legal/regulatory trends and communicate findings to leadership and clients.
• Collaborate with Technology & Information Services to advance AI-based workflows.
