Brooksby Village, part of Erickson Senior Living, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead and elevate our dining program for residents. You will coach, motivate, and oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high culinary standards and exceptional hospitality.

Minimum 3 years of full-service kitchen experience and at least 6 months of supervisory work are required. A $7,500 sign-on bonus and strong benefits are offered, with a flexible path for career growth within the Erickson Senior Living network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years full-service kitchen experience.
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory/coaching experience.
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift/move objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervises scheduling, training, and discipline of culinary staff.
• Oversees culinary functions in Chef’s absence, including staffing and food production.
• Manages daily kitchen production and timely resident meal service.
• Directs menu item preparation with adherence to recipes, safety, and quality.
