Job summary

Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living is searching for a Sous Chef to lead culinary operations. In this role, you will manage kitchen production and ensure quality resident meals while supervising culinary staff.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of full-service experience, including 6 months of supervisory experience. A salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year is offered, along with various benefits including medical packages and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years full-service experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory and coaching experience required.
• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the scheduling, training, and discipline of all culinary and utility staff.
• Manages daily kitchen production and food preparation to ensure timely service.
• Directs the preparation and service of all menu items.
• Oversees the organization and sanitation of dining rooms, kitchen, storage areas.
