Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook menu items using proper techniques, ensuring quality, portioning, and presentation to create a dining experience residents look forward to.

We offer new hourly rates ($22.00–$27.00) with predictable schedules, a team‑oriented environment, and opportunities to grow into lead cook, sous chef, and management roles.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cook-to-order experience.
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and handle varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items using proper techniques, recipes, and food safety standards.
• Execute cook-to-order meals with consistent quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Work side-by-side with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and culinary leadership during service.
• Contribute to a dining experience that keeps residents coming back.
