The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a culinary leader to oversee daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, full-service setting. You will coach a 30+ person team, drive scratch-kitchen excellence, and manage labor, costs, and guest experience to deliver outstanding results.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of culinary management, strong leadership and communication, and familiarity with safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management in a high-volume, full-service scratch kitchen.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members per shift/group.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• ServSafe certification and applicable licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary restaurant operations in a high-sales environment.
• Manage, coach, and develop teams of 30+ employees.
• Inspire standards through scratch kitchen execution and culinary excellence.
• Monitor and drive financial performance: labor, COGS, waste management.
