Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking an experienced culinary leader to manage daily operations in a high-volume full-service restaurant. You will mentor a 30+ person kitchen team and drive excellence in scratch cooking, recipe integrity, and guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the culinary leadership, you will oversee safety, quality, and financial performance, while building a positive culture that aligns with our Fortune 100 status and guest-focused experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high-volume, full-service, scratch kitchen.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members per workgroup.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, cost of goods, labor management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses.

• Lead daily culinary restaurant operations in a high sales, full service environment
• Manage, coach, and develop teams of 30+ employees
• Inspire and coach high standards through scratch kitchen execution and culinary excellence
• Monitor and drive financial performance, including labor management, recipe adherence, portion control and waste management
• Hire, train, retain, and develop team members to become future culinary leaders
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
• Maintain our positive, inclusive, and award winning high performance culture
• Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and team leadership
• Uphold brand standards and deliver memorable guest experiences
