The Cheesecake Factory in Southlake, TX is seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to lead a high-volume, scratch-kitchen environment. You will mentor a 30+-strong culinary team, ensure recipe execution, and drive profitability through cost control and guest satisfaction.

You’ll champion food safety standards, coach staff, and uphold brand standards while delivering memorable dining experiences. This role offers a competitive salary and quarterly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high volume, full service, scratch kitchen environment preferred.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members per workgroup.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, cost of goods, labor management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary restaurant operations in a high sales, full service environment.
• Manage, coach, and develop teams of 30+ employees.
• Inspire and coach high standards through scratch kitchen execution and culinary excellence.
• Monitor and drive financial performance, including labor management, recipe adherence, portion control and waste management.
