The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a seasoned culinary leader to oversee daily restaurant operations in Nashville, guiding a 30+ person culinary team in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen environment.

You will drive standards, mentor staff, and manage labor and costs to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand quality and profitability. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high-volume, full-service, scratch kitchen environment.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members per shift.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated profitability awareness (labor, COGS, and other costs).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary restaurant operations in a high-sales, full-service setting.
• Coach and develop teams of 30+ employees to meet standards.
• Maintain high culinary standards and scratch-kitchen execution.
• Monitor labor, recipe adherence, portions, and waste to drive profitability.
• Hire, train, and retain team members and ensure food safety compliance.
