The Cheesecake Factory is seeking an experienced culinary leader to oversee daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment. You will mentor a 30+ person culinary team, uphold scratch kitchen standards, and drive consistency in recipes and plate presentation to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role emphasizes financial stewardship, including labor management and waste control, while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high volume, full service, scratch kitchen preferred.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members per workgroup.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, cost of goods, labor management).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary restaurant operations in a high sales, full service environment
• Manage, coach, and develop teams of 30+ employees
• Inspire and coach high standards through scratch kitchen execution and culinary excellence
• Monitor and drive financial performance, including labor management, recipe adherence, portion control and waste management
• Hire, train, retain, and develop team members to become future culinary leaders
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
