Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking an experienced culinary leader to run daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment. You will mentor a team of 30+ cooks and service staff, uphold scratch-kitchen standards, and drive guest satisfaction through consistent execution and strong financial stewardship.

This full-time role requires English proficiency, ServSafe certification (preferred), and a commitment to our award-winning, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high volume, full-service, scratch kitchen environment.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members per shift/workgroup.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (labor, cost of goods, profitability).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary restaurant operations in a high-sales, full-service environment.
• Mentor and direct a culinary team of 30+ employees.
• Drive recipes, cooking methods, and plate presentation to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance including labor management and waste control.
• Hire, train, and develop team members to become future leaders.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
