LVMH Fragrance Brands in North America seeks a Senior Key Account Manager to drive retail and E-Retail growth across U.S. accounts. You will translate brand and account strategies into commercial plans, manage launches, programs and assets with retailer partners.

Join a cross‑functional team, own annual sales objectives, and collaborate with Marketing, Education and Field Sales to optimize performance, assortment and launch timing in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of account management, retail planning or commercial experience in luxury beauty/fragrance.
• Fluent English; strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Proven ability to develop account plans, execute retail events and programs.

Responsabilités

• Develop account plans aligning brand priorities with retailer objectives.
• Build relationships with retailer merchants, planners and digital teams.
• Communicate strategies, trade calendars and events to internal stakeholders.
• Lead follow-up from retailer meetings with clear ownership and timely execution.
• Own retail and E‑Retail sales targets for assigned accounts.
