Job summary

Storage Solutions – A Jungheinrich Company in Nashville, TN seeks a senior Key Account Project Manager to support Key Account Managers in developing and executing complex customer projects for strategic accounts. You will coordinate with sales, project teams, and operations to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and travel to customer sites and headquarters. A BA/BS and at least 5 years of project management or related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex customer projects across strategic accounts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with deadlines and budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers in overseeing projects across assigned strategic accounts.
• Serve as a day-to-day liaison between the customer, KAM, and internal teams.
• Maintain understanding of customer priorities, account plans, and industry offerings.
• Partner with KAMs to assess needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Support customer-facing meetings, site visits, and presentations with KAMs, including travel to sites.
