Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to develop and maintain strategic relationships with Retail Customers and Wholesalers across the Phoenix market. You will drive growth through joint business plans, category leadership, and data-driven decisions to maximize volume and share.

The role requires a BS/BA in a related field, sales/marketing experience in beverages, and strong leadership. This is a remote-ready position within AZ with competitive salary and incentives.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree in business, finance, marketing or related field.
Sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in beverage or consumer goods.
Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Retail Customers and Key Stakeholders.
Lead joint business planning and execute growth strategies with retailers and wholesalers.
Analyze syndicated data to influence assortment, pricing, promotion and merchandising.
Identify new item distribution opportunities to drive volume and share.
Manage budgets and report performance to regional leadership.
