Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager in Phoenix, AZ to develop and maintain strategic relationships with retail customers and wholesalers. You will drive AB sales objectives, including volume, share, distribution, and assortment, while leading joint business plans and working with wholesaler teams for top-tier execution.

You will analyze market data, collaborate with marketing and revenue teams, manage budgets, and develop account plans to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required, focus in business, finance, marketing or related field preferred.
• Advanced computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and strong data analysis.
• Proven leadership ability and coaching skills; experience in sales or marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with key retail customers.
• Utilize syndicated data and category insights to influence assortment, pricing, promotion, and merchandising decisions.
• Identify and sell in new item distribution opportunities to drive volume and share.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with retailer decision-makers and category managers.
• Provide monthly reporting and insights to management on local chains and programming performances.
