Job summary

ANHEUSER-BUSCH, LLC is hiring a Senior Key Account Manager in Phoenix, AZ to develop and manage strategic relationships with major retailers and wholesalers. You will drive growth through joint business planning, data-driven assortment decisions, and category leadership while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring beverage industry sales experience, a BS/BA in business or related field, and strong proficiency with syndicated data tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business, finance, marketing or related field preferred.
• Sales and/or Marketing experience preferably in beverage or consumer package goods industry.
• Advanced computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and data analysis skills.
• Strong ability to analyze information and make data-based recommendations.
• Experience with syndicated data and measures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Retail Customers, Wholesalers, and Category Managers.
• Drive growth through retailer sell-in, category leadership, and joint business planning.
• Partner with wholesaler teams to ensure best-in-class execution in market.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailer decision-makers and category managers.
• Provide reporting and insights to regional management to improve market performance.
