Job summary

Garage Beer is seeking a Key Accounts Manager - West to drive national and regional retail growth from a remote base in Arizona. Build strong relationships with buyers, translate priorities into strategic plans, and deliver best-in-class execution across channels.

You will analyze sales trends, partner cross-functionally, and travel regularly within the assigned territory to maximize distribution and performance for Garage Beer’s growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in retail sales, key accounts, or account management in beverage/alcohol.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and grow sales.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills that influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer business plans across geographies to achieve volume, profit, and market share goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, buying offices, and internal stakeholders.
• Leverage customer, sales, and market insights to guide strategic account planning and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead strategy implementation across assigned retailers and channels for alignment and execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, operations, and distributors for priorities and execution.
• Conduct regular in-market visits to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
