dsm-firmenich is seeking a Sr. Key Account Manager for Pet Food in a US-based remote role. You will lead strategic accounts, plan and forecast, and drive revenue growth across pet food, supplements and related products with cross-functional teams.

You will build strong customer partnerships, present technical products, and travel up to 40% for meetings and events. This is a high-impact, global team environment with opportunities for advancement and bonus eligibility.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical background preferred.
• 5+ years in key account management or sales (pet food or ingredients preferred).
• Experience managing strategic accounts and growing business with strong negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with presenting technical products and public speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with key pet food accounts and drive retention and growth.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, including forecasting and demand planning.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and Quality.
• Provide market insights and support customers with innovation and product development.
• Travel 30–40% for trade shows, customer and company meetings.
