Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of CPG sales, pet industry sales, or related experience.
• Proven experience managing national accounts, regional retailers, and/or distributors.
• Track record of driving sales growth through strategic planning, pricing, promotions, and distribution.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with national and regional retailers and distributors.
• Drive revenue growth, distribution, and market expansion throughout the Pet Specialty channel.
• Develop strategic account plans that strengthen partnerships and maximize sales.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, forecasts, pricing, and promotional opportunities.
• Lead customer business reviews, presentations, and strategic planning discussions.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and business agreements to drive profitable growth.
• Partner cross-functionally to execute customer strategies and business objectives.
• Identify new opportunities to increase market penetration and customer performance.
