Job summary

Ajax Building Company, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead planning and execution of complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will partner with field leadership, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, and engineers, while controlling cost and risk to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• General Contractor License preferred.
• Strong understanding of industry practices and trends.
• Advanced interpersonal, communicative, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project personnel and delegate responsibilities in alignment with project needs.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Establish and implement project operating procedures for consistency and efficiency.
• Oversee budgets and schedules with proactive risk management.
• Review performance reports to manage cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
