Job summary

Ajax Building Company, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a driven Project Manager to lead planning and execution of complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will partner closely with field leadership, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The Project Manager reports to the Project Executive and will manage procurement, contracts, and project performance while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Advanced interpersonal, communicative, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, develop, and manage project personnel.
• Lead overall project execution, coordinating field teams and subcontractors.
• Oversee development of budgets and schedules and manage cost and risk.
• Serve as primary representative in communications with owners, architects, engineers.
• Audit and monitor project activities from contract execution to closeout.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners.
