Ajax Building Company is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will partner with field leadership, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will act as the primary contact for owners, architects, and engineers, while managing cost and risk. The Project Manager reports to the Project Executive and will oversee procurement, contract administration, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• General Contractor License preferred.
• Strong understanding of industry practices and trends and their impact on the corporation.
• Advanced interpersonal, communicative, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, develop, and manage project personnel and responsibilities.
• Lead overall project execution with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Establish and implement project operating procedures for consistency and efficiency.
• Oversee budgets and schedules with proactive risk management.
• Review project performance reports to manage cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
