Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Sr. Network Engineer focused on Juniper Operating Systems in Houston, TX or Westford, MA. The role is onsite with a hybrid expectation, combining office presence with flexible work arrangements.

You will lead efforts to improve serviceability and supportability across HPE Networking and Juniper portfolios. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on Juniper experience across ACX, EX, MX, PTX, QFX series, SASE/SSE, SRX Firewalls, and related management

Qualifications

Breadth of Juniper-based routing and switching experience.
Experience turning customer feedback into product requirements.
Senior-level technical contributor with architecture assessment skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical authority for serviceability gaps affecting customer experience and product quality.
Analyze signals from support cases, VOC, and post-mortems to identify issues and opportunities.
Translate support data into concrete enhancement requests for PM and Engineering.
Partner with PM and Engineering to bake supportability into future releases and diagnostics.
Lead forums with Support, PM, Engineering, and NPI to review and prioritize requests.
Drive closed-loop action planning linking VOC insights to backlog decisions.
