• Own high priority or sensitive customer issues and restore services promptly.
• Collaborate with technical teams to transfer knowledge and keep management informed.
• Contribute to technical documentation (White Papers, KB, Troubleshooting Guides).
• Support high-profile technical escalations with Service Managers.
