Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering or computer science or equivalent.
• 6+ years in network support, 3+ years on large IP networks.
• 4+ years supporting customers on site and via phone; complex networks.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer management and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high priority issues for top HPE Juniper customers on MX, PTX, ACX.
• Build trust-based relationships with the assigned accounts and own escalations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to transfer knowledge and resolve issues.
• Document technical issues and contribute to KB and guides.
• Support service managers and participate in customer meetings.
• Develop and maintain core product skills and training needs.
• Contribute to technical documentation for internal/external use.
• Improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
