Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical engineering or computer science or equivalent.
• 6+ years in a network support role, 3+ years handling large IP networks.
• 4+ years supporting customers on site and via phone.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high priority issues for top HPE Juniper Networks customers on MX, PTX, ACX.
• Build productive trust-based relationships with assigned accounts.
• Own high priority or sensitive customer issues and restore services promptly.
• Collaborate with technical teams to transfer knowledge and solutions.
• Provide input on new products and feature improvements for reliability and serviceability.
• Support Service Managers in understanding issues and guiding escalations.
• Participate in customer conference calls and face-to-face meetings.
• Develop and maintain skills and identify training needs.
• Contribute to technical documentation for internal and external use.
• Document issues clearly using available tools and processes.
• Suggest ways to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
