You will translate field feedback into actionable product requirements and work with Product Management and Engineering across routing, switching, SD-WAN, and security domains. Based in Houston, TX or Westford, MA, this onsite role emphasizes collaboration with cross‑functional teams, diagnostic tooling, and improving customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Networking, or a related technical discipline.
• Deep hands‑on knowledge of enterprise and service provider networking technologies, including routing, switching, cloud NMS, telemetry, diagnostics, and operational troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience with Juniper technologies such as AIOps, Data center, Security, Switching, and Wireless.
• Strong ability to interpret support case data, defect patterns, escalation themes, and customer feedback to identify systemic technical issues.
• Proven ability to influence Product Management and Engineering decisions using technical credibility, data‑driven evidence, and business/customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and prioritization of serviceability and supportability gaps impacting customer experience and product quality.
• Analyze signals from support cases, VOC, surveys, and post-mortem findings to identify systemic issues and improvements.
• Translate support drivers and customer feedback into concrete enhancement requests for Product Management and Engineering.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to embed supportability into design decisions for future releases.
• Lead forums with Support, Product Management, Engineering, and NPI Program Managers to review and prioritize enhancement requests.
• Drive action planning by linking VOC insights to product backlog decisions and release priorities.
• Influence roadmap direction to reduce avoidable support cases and improve time‑to‑resolution.
