Job summary

Quattro Consulting seeks a Joint SOF Trainer (Operations & Planning) III for USASOC to lead the Joint Exercise Life Cycle planning and execution. You will provide intelligence operations expertise and coordinate training and exercise programs across SOF components, theatres, and partners.

Responsibilities include developing tactical-operational products, delivering instruction, and coordinating with senior staff to ensure mission readiness and compliance with USSOCOM certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years in SOF or 13 years with an Associate's degree.
• Must have held a TS clearance within the last 24 months and must be able to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with the Joint Training System and 4+ years’ recent SOF HQ experience.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organization skills; professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) for USASOC’s exercise programs.
• Provide SME-level analysis and training to support USSOCOM readiness and exercise programs.
• Develop SOF tactical-operational products to support GCC/TSOC/JSOC exercises and training.
• Deliver formal classroom instruction and brief senior staff (O5/O6) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
