Job summary

Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, seeks a SOF Strategic Analyst IV to provide SME expertise and support for live, virtual, and constructive exercise series led by SOCOM. The role includes producing briefs, papers, and historical inputs, with portal maintenance and data synthesis across JTF 53-7 activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of operational experience OR 10 years of relevant SOF experience.
• Current, active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility.
• Minimum of 4 years as staff officer or NCO in SOF HQs.
• Minimum of 4 years in joint and SOF doctrine, operations, and planning at the operational-strategic level.
• Minimum of 4 years in analyzing national, joint, and SOF strategies, policies, plans, and directives.
• Must possess excellent presentation, communication and organization skills with proven classroom delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support to JS and USSOCOM groups, planning teams and tasks; document key points and maintain on portal.
• Research training websites, doctrine, manuals, directives, instructions from JS J7 and USSOCOM HQs for relevant information.
• Advise on development/modification of the annual CJCS Joint Training Guidance and USSOCOM CTG.
• Develop concise, accurate information briefings and papers.
• Produce inputs to annual history report and JS annual joint assessment.
• Aggregate DOTmLPF-P observations and coordinate into lesson learned; maintain portal metadata.
