Job summary

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, seeks a Joint SOF Trainer to support USSOCOM training and exercise activities. The role involves planning and directing the Joint Event Life Cycle to prepare SOF for operations and coordinating with NAVSOF at NAB Coronado, CA.

The candidate will have extensive SOF experience, a TS/SCI clearance, and a strong background in joint operations planning. Expect travel and a demanding leadership role in a high-visibility program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years experience in SOF or Associate’s degree with 15 years experience in SOF.
• Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Minimum 10 years of operational-strategic SOF experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in a command, senior enlisted advisor, or primary staff billet in a SOF environment.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Joint Training System.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in joint operations and SOF planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the Joint Event Life Cycle activities to support USSOCOM.
• Provide training and exercise support to NAVSOF at NAB Coronado, CA.
• Interact with TSOCs, GCCs, and Joint Staff to ensure operational objectives are met.
