Job summary

Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Joint SOF Trainer (Operations & Planning) III to support USASOC training programs and JELC execution. The role emphasizes intelligence operations and joint-level readiness for USSOCOM and partner nations.

The ideal candidate will bring SOF operational experience, the ability to work with senior staff (O5/ O6), and a strong track record in mission rehearsals and command post exercises. National travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years SOF experience OR Associate’s degree with 13 years SOF experience.
• Top Secret clearance within last 24 months.
• Must obtain/maintain TS/SCI clearance.
• 3+ years use of Joint Training System (planning).
• 4+ years in SOF HQ or equivalent roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and strategic/operational joint training.
• Lead design, planning and execution of Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).
• Support USSOCOM readiness and exercise programs.
