Job summary

Command Holdings, a Pequot Company, is seeking a Joint SOF Trainer in San Diego, CA to provide critical training and exercise support for U.S. Special Operations Command. Ideal candidates will possess at least a Bachelor's degree and significant operational experience in SOF environments.

The position requires a current TS/SCI security clearance and knowledge of operational planning and joint exercise management. Competitive benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years experience in SOF or Associate’s degree with 15 years experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Minimum of 10 years of operational-strategic special operations experience.
• Experience in command or senior enlisted role with focus on SOF operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities for the Joint Event Life Cycle.
• Support NAVSOF located at NAB Coronado, CA.
• Conduct training and exercise support for U.S. Special Operations Command.
