Job summary

Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, seeks a Joint SOF Trainer (Intelligence) IV to support USSOCOM training programs. The role focuses on exercise design, scenario scripting, and staff coordination, requiring a Top Secret clearance and extensive all-source intelligence experience.

The candidate will conduct research on operations and directives, maintain current knowledge of SOF training requirements, and liaise across joint staff and partner nations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 8+ years intelligence experience or equivalent via senior rank.
• Current, active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 7+ years in all-source intelligence at the tactical/operational level.
• 6 years in joint operations and tactical-operational planning.
• 4 years in exercise and scenario design.
• 4 years mentoring seniors/peers/juniors; leading intelligence seminars; liaising with senior staff across areas.
• Excellent presentation, communication and organization skills; proven in formal classroom delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, influencing abilities, and client focus.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify for company liability insurance with a clean driving record.
• Ability to access federal facilities with Real ID.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Research past and current operations, directives, and instructions to stay current with SOF training requirements.
• Support exercise design, JELC planning, scenario scripting, and key staff role playing, training, and observations.
• Coordinate with entities such as USSOCOM, USASOC, TSOCs, and partner nations for training programs.
• Maintain functional currency and relevancy of training materials for SOF and Joint Enterprise training.
• Provide planning and coordination for joint and all-source intelligence operations in high-visibility programs.
