Job summary

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, a Pequot company, seeks a Joint SOF Trainer for a high-visibility program supporting USSOCOM. The Joint SOF Trainer (Operations and Planning) III will plan, direct, and coordinate activities to execute the Joint Event Life Cycle for SOF training events.

This role requires active TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years of SOF experience (or 13 years with an associate degree), plus strong experience in joint exercise planning, senior staff interfacing, and formal

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance, current.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years SOF experience or Associate's degree with 13+ years SOF experience.
• 3+ years' experience with Joint Training System (joint exercise planning).
• 4+ years' recent SOF HQ experience (tactical/operational level).
• 4+ years' experience developing SOF products for GCC/TSOC/JSOC/SOF components.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the Joint Event Life Cycle activities.
• Support MARSOC G-7 exercise campaigns as required.
• Coordinate with USSOCOM Battle staff, GCCs, TSOCs, and partner nations.
• Deliver formal classroom instruction and briefings to senior staff.
