Job summary

Quattro Consulting, an operating group of Command Holdings, seeks a Joint SOF Trainer (Operations and Planning) III to support USSOCOM programs. You will plan, direct, and coordinate the Joint Exercise Life Cycle for USASOC exercise programs, interfacing with USASOC planners and partner nations, to deliver realistic and secure C4I-based training environments.

Role requires in-depth knowledge of JELC, advanced communications, and exercise design with a focus on interoperability across multiple

Qualifications

• 10 years of communications experience specific to the duties and requirements of this position.
• Current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications connectivity with satellite, radio, data systems and related platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in oral and written communications to explain network requirements.
• Working knowledge of DISA DISN network services, Cisco LAN/WAN, encryption devices and related architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of HBSS and ACAS experience.
• More than 10 years’ (5 years recent) experience in exercise design and management of JELC events.
• Minimum of 6 years coordinating with training audiences to develop realistic scenarios.
• Minimum of 5 years in real world Operational Headquarters (SOJTF, CJSOTF, CJSOAC).
• Excellent presentation, communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, designing, controlling & analyzing Joint SOF training and exercises.
• Develops and presents communications-related training seminars.
• Serves as a Communications Analyst/Trainer during joint exercises.
• Develops observation and training plans.
• Coordinates with USASOC exercise planners.
• Operates and maintains C4I systems at multiple levels.
• Provides analysis and training to optimize DoD C4I systems and KM Best Practices.
