FloridaCommerce—JOBS AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR (SES) in Palm Bay, FL—is responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative leadership across human resources, Wagner-Peyser services, and LWDB 27 operations. You will supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate Veteran Workforce Development activities with federal and state partners.

You will lead teams, provide direction, monitor performance metrics, and drive customer-focused service delivery in a fast-paced government

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee HR, WP services, and LWDB 27 operations and staff.
• Provide administrative direction and policy interpretation.
• Coordinate veteran workforce development activities with federal/state partners.
• Prepare operational reports and manage budgets and training.
• Lead public relations and partner communications for workforce programs.
