Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking an Operational JDE Analyst to optimize JD Edwards in our Shelby Township or Westland, MI facilities, with weekly travel between sites. You will collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize needs, document requirements, and deliver practical JD Edwards solutions that improve manufacturing and distribution efficiency.

You should have 8+ years with JD Edwards, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a global manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field and 8+ years of JD Edwards experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and distribution modules in JD Edwards.
• Experience with JD Edwards configuration, customization, integrations, and development tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize requirements, and turn them into clear, actionable solutions.
• Document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria; create process maps when needed.
• Develop strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and production planning processes.
• Drive process improvement and measure results with meaningful KPIs.
• Design practical JD Edwards solutions with the ERP development team.
• Provide hands-on support and training for JD Edwards users.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation.
• Maintain documentation and data quality for JD Edwards.
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases and best practices.
• Ensure security, compliance, and change management for JD Edwards processes.
