Your Talent Team is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst with 8+ years of JD Edwards experience to partner with stakeholders and translate business needs into JD Edwards solutions. The role emphasizes manufacturing and distribution processes, KPI-driven improvements, and strong cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

This on-site position is based in Shelby Township or Westland, MI, with weekly travel between locations and relocation assistance available for non-local USA

Qualifications

• 8+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of JD Edwards, with manufacturing and/or distribution modules.
• Experience with JD Edwards configuration, customization, integrations, and development tools.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Business to understand and prioritize requirements, document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, supply chain processes and how JD Edwards supports them.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and measure results with meaningful KPIs.
• Design practical JD Edwards solutions with the ERP development team.
• Provide hands‑on support and training for JD Edwards users and drive adoption of new functionality.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, managing scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
• Maintain documentation and data quality in JD Edwards, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases, new functionality, and industry best practices.
• Ensure security & compliance for JD Edwards processes and change management.
• Collaborate across Global Information Systems, Operations, Supply Chain and other teams to align technology with business priorities.
• Deliver measurable business impact by enhancing system capabilities for growth and customer satisfaction.
