Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst with 3+ years supporting JD Edwards in a manufacturing and distribution environment. This on-site role requires collaboration with stakeholders, documenting requirements, tests, and acceptance criteria to drive value from JD Edwards.

The position is based in Shelby Township or Westland, MI with weekly travel between locations and relocation assistance for non-local US candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of JD Edwards, with emphasis on manufacturing and/or distribution modules.
• Understanding of JD Edwards within a broader tech environment (configuration, customization, integrations).
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects with scope and timelines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across functions and locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements and document acceptance criteria.
• Develop understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes.
• Drive process improvement and measure results with meaningful KPIs.
• Design JD Edwards solutions with the ERP development team.
• Provide hands-on support and training for JD Edwards users.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements to implementation.
• Maintain documentation and data quality; stay current with JD Edwards releases.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance in JD Edwards processes.
• Collaborate across Global Information Systems, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
