This on-site role is based in Shelby Township or Westland with weekly travel between locations; relocation support is available for non-local USA candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ERP Business Systems Analyst experience with JD Edwards (JD Edwards)
• Strong knowledge of JD Edwards manufacturing and/or distribution modules
• Technical understanding of JD Edwards integrations and development tools
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects with scope, timelines, and budgets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams
• Ability to self-direct, organize priorities, and maintain delivery quality

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes and how JD Edwards supports them.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, decision making, and system utilization; measure KPI impact.
• Design JD Edwards solutions with ERP development team to address business needs.
• Provide user support and drive adoption of JD Edwards enhancements and automation.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, tracking scope and timelines.
• Maintain documentation and data quality for processes and user guidance.
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases, new features, and industry best practices.
• Support security, compliance, and change management within JD Edwards processes.
• Collaborate across Global IS, Operations, and Supply Chain to align priorities.
• Deliver measurable business impact through improved system capabilities and efficiency
