Essenti Talent is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with business stakeholders, document and prioritize JD Edwards enhancements for manufacturing and distribution, and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of JD Edwards experience, strong relationship-building, and the ability to work independently in a global environment with travel between Shelby Township and Westland, MI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of JD Edwards experience in a business systems/ERP role.
• Strong relationship-building and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of strategic business directives and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and prioritize requirements.
• Document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria; create process maps as needed.
• Understand manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and supply chain processes; map JD Edwards support.
• Evaluate options with ERP team to design practical JDE solutions.
• Provide hands-on support and training for JD Edwards users.
