Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with business stakeholders, translating needs into JD Edwards enhancements for manufacturing and distribution. You will own projects, train users, ensure data quality, and drive adoption of new functionality across the organization.

This on-site role in Michigan is located in Shelby Township or Westland, with weekly travel between sites and relocation support for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst supporting JD Edwards.
• Strong JDE manufacturing and/or distribution module knowledge.
• Understanding of JDE with integrations and development tools.
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects on time.
• Excellent communication with a global cross-functional team.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business to understand needs, prioritize requirements, and create actionable solutions.
• Develop understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and supply chain processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, measure KPIs, and drive efficiency.
• Design JDE solutions with ERP team to address business needs and objectives.
• Provide hands-on support and training for JD Edwards users.
• Lead JDE projects from requirements through implementation and monitoring.
• Continuously improve processes and systems with best practices.
• Maintain documentation and data quality for JD Edwards data.
• Stay current with JDE releases and industry best practices.
• Support security, compliance, and change management for JD Edwards.
• Collaborate across Global IS, Operations, and other teams to align priorities.
• Deliver measurable business impact and value.
