Job summary

Ashton North LLC seeks an Operational Business Systems Analyst with JD Edwards expertise to collaborate with business stakeholders, document requirements, and prioritize enhancements for JD Edwards capabilities. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of JD Edwards experience, strong independence, and a track record of improving manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain processes.

This on-site role is located in Shelby Township or Westland, MI with weekly travel between locations; relocation

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of JD Edwards, with emphasis on manufacturing and/or distribution modules.
• Understanding of JD Edwards within broader technology environment (config, customization, integrations, development tools).
• Ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects with scope, timelines, and priorities.
• Excellent communication across global teams and diverse functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Understand manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning and supply chain processes and how JD Edwards can support them.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and measure KPI results.
• Design JD Edwards solutions with ERP dev team to meet business needs.
• Provide hands-on support and training for JD Edwards users.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.
• Maintain documentation and data quality for JD Edwards.
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases and capabilities.
• Ensure security and compliance across JD Edwards processes.
• Collaborate across IS, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business teams.
• Deliver measurable business impact and efficiency.
